Boston Red Sox Portrait: Andrew Benintendi Inside Green Monster.

Happy to share some recent portrait work this week shot for the Boston Red Sox. Here are a few takes of a portrait of Boston Red Sox left fielder Andrew Benintendi inside the Green Monster. I was hoping to photograph Benny inside a hazy, dusty, golden green monster scoreboard area, and I was happy with the result.

The takeaway here for me is that sometimes with portraiture, the simpler the concept and lighting, the better. This was shot with one off camera strobe light and a bit of broom sweeping magic.
