Matt Barnes has become an anchor of the Red Sox bullpen since his Major League debut with the club in 2013. Through a World Series Championship in 2018, Barnes remains hungrier than ever to succeed, and has spent his offseason working out in preparation for the 2020 season. A New Englander himself, Barnes chooses to live in his hometown of Newtown, Connecticut over the winters.
