Here is a gallery of recent higher education work of Dr. E LaBrent Chrite, newly appointed as the ninth president of Bentley University. Bentley’s marketing department brought me on board to document President Chrite’s first day on campus and visits with students, as well as a few quick and simple portraits.

Nice to have some better weather here at the end of November! Here’s my take from this weekend’s game at an empty Gillette Stadium between the New England Patriots and the Arizona Cardinals. I shot this game for Getty Images. Tough to make pictures from way back in the stands, but we push on in 2020.

Another day back out at Boston College. This time, I was shooting for the visitors in Georgia Tech. It turned out to be a tough game for the Yellow Jackets, but it was still fun to be there and nice to have on-field access during these Covid times. A big thanks to the Georgia Tech Athletics Department for having me out!

The wild word of Covid sports continues. I got my first look at the NFL in this new time last weekend for a game at Gillette Stadium between the New England Patriots and the Denver Broncos. The state of things couldn’t be more different from what I’m used to covering over the years out there. No Tom, no fans, and basically no access. But, I tried to make the best of what we were given, and here are some results taken for Getty Images.

This year, the Jewish High Holidays looked a little bit different in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. I was called by my friends at Temple Israel of Boston to come document their virtual Yom Kippur services, held to an audience of many online but to an empty sanctuary on site. It was super interesting to be a fly on the wall to document this process. Here is a gallery of some features from the two day shoot.

“Family portraits as part of the Front Porch Project during the Coronavirus pandemic in Massachusetts Wednesday, April 29, 2020.”

I grabbed my cameras and hit the road this week to take family portraits of four great families who requested to take part in the Front Porch Challenge, a photography trend playing out during the Coronavirus pandemic. The challenge calls for photographers to shoot portraits of families standing on their front porches from a safe distance away. Here are a few samples from the day!

Here are some features shot for Boston College Athletics during their football early morning pre-season working. Emotions were high as the boys were run through the gauntlet of mat and agility drills. This was fun to shoot bright and early this morning!
