Wedding: Shannon & Drew – Boston, Massachusetts.
The Red Sox held the annual #GiftOfSox day, a social media campaign to deliver acts of kindess to fans across Red Sox nation during the Holiday season. As part of this year’s campaign, the Red Sox hosted a real life wedding for fans Shannon and Drew at Fenway Park! Drew proposed to Shannon at the Opening Day game in 2019 at the Park, so once they and the Sox found each other, the wedding came together in just six days.

Here is some new wedding work from late this summer! Hilary & Chris had their wedding at the beautiful Mountain View Grand Resort in Whitefield, New Hampshire. A perfect day and a fantastic couple to work with from beginning to end. All the best to you both!

Here’s a gallery from a recent wedding I shot in Boston. This is the first wedding of the 2018 season for me, so it feels good to be back at it again! Mark & Heather were great to work with, and a beautiful day in downtown Boston made for the perfect backdrop. These were some of my favorites.

Wedding.
Despite the temptation to take a true break for a few days, I decided to try to be a bit productive over the past weekend, which my family and I spent in West Palm Beach, Florida. I did so by shooting some wedding pictures, adding to a part of my portfolio which is significantly smaller than most others.
For the amount I shot (which wasn’t many), I was mildly happy with what I came away with. Weddings are fun to be at, especially when they are like Greg and Meredith’s here, but I don’t find them so fun to shoot. I know, though, that that’s simply because I haven’t shot enough of them. Like anything else I shoot, I’m sure I’d look at this type of photography differently if I shot more of it.
