I’m excited to share the results from the 2023 Boston Red Sox season campaign. With collaboration from our talented team and outside vendors, I led production for a week long content gathering shoot with the entire roster of players and coaches. Utilizing a 26 foot curved LED wall, customized graphics and animations, and an array of lights, we produced video clips and still images used for a variety of needs including in-park videos, looping GIFs for social media, images for print and advertising ,and more.
This was just one of four sets our players participated in, and I’m proud to have played a part in producing the Red Sox largest production to date.
I have been lucky to follow former Boston Red Sox slugger David Ortiz through his journey toward the election into the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Above is a selection of imagery shot and produced for the Boston Red Sox in preparation for his induction weekend in Cooperstown at the end of July.
I’m proud to share the above video spot, which I produced and storyboarded and brought to life with an incredible collaborative effort among our productions and creative services teams. With the help of the Hall of Fame, we shut down the plaque gallery to photograph David in the empty hall, providing the visual of David reflecting upon his upcoming election. We kept this in the can for months until induction weekend, at which point it served as a great campaign to tee of the event.
It was fun to travel back to Cooperstown to cover my second Hall of Fame induction (Pedro Martinez in 2015 was the first), and all the fanfare that goes along with it. Several days later, Ortiz traveled to Boston for a special recognition pre-game ceremony, and took a ride in the team’s Home Run Cart.
