Photos: Dropkick Murphys Perform LiveStream Concert In Empty Fenway Park.

Last Friday, Dropkick Murphys returned to Fenway Park to deliver their “Streaming Outta Fenway” performance with no live audience. Streaming from the infield, the band was joined remotely by Bruce Springsteen for two songs via the video board in centerfield. The socially-distanced performance benefitted the Boston Resiliency Fund, Feeding America, and Habitat for Humanity, Greater Boston.

Here is a gallery of my photos from three nights of rehearsals and the performance. It was a long three days, but I’m happy to be shooting. I won’t forget this one!

Photos: Hotel Commonwealth Celebrates New Wing Opening.

Above is a gallery of photos from the grand opening party for a newly constructed wing in one of Boston’s most hip hotels, the Hotel Commonwealth. I was asked to cover the event for the hotel.

I was there early to shoot some decor shots of the new spaces. The $50 million addition includes 96 new hotel rooms, an outdoor terrace, and 6,000 square feet of event space. All of it looks fantastic.

It was a great party, too. Red Sox legend Jim Rice was in attendance for photo ops with guests, and the Dropkick Murphy’s performed a high-energy set of music. I’m looking forward to shooting more at the Commonwealth, the official hotel of the Red Sox!
