I had the unique opportunity to ride along with Hall of Fame former Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz as he served as the 2023 Boston Marathon Grand Marshal. This was an appropriate post for David, who rallied the team toward a World Series victory 10 years ago in 2013 in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings.
