We’ve reached the end of the first week of Wimbledon 2014, so here is a selection from yesterday. A long morning of rain delays made for lots of down time, so I spent most of it hunting for rain features. These are a few of my favorite rain pictures, as well as some action photos and scenes from the queue camping grounds, where camp out for days on end in hopes of getting tickets into the grounds.

We had another crazy day at Wimbledon today. Despite rain delays that stopped play for big chunks of time, there was still plenty to shoot and do to keep the visual end of wimbledon.com running smoothly.
I also shot and edited some rain delay video for the website, which I’ll be posting at the end of the tournament.

Hard to believe, but we’re underway here at Wimbledon. The gates at the All England Lawn & Tennis Club opened up today for Day One of the 2013 Championships. 

The first few days of the Slams are always pretty hectic, so I’m going to keep this post short for now. It’s great to be out here.
