First baseman Hanley Ramirez had himself a night last night against the San Francisco Giants, belting three two-run home runs to power the Red Sox to an 11-7 victory and two game sweep. Last night also marked the Red Sox debut of newly acquired starting pitcher, Drew Pomeranz.
Both teams wore throwback uniforms, and before the game, New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman took batting and fielding practice with the team.
