Here are photos from game two in London! Another tough game for the Red Sox, but a privilege to shoot. This London Series was a grind for all of us, but I’m glad it happened and came out of there with some pretty cool content.
Here’s a gallery of images from Game One at London Stadium! That was a fun one to shoot despite it being a Red Sox loss and a nearly 5 hour game. Always cool to see a different type of stadium transformed for baseball.
The Red Sox held a team workout and media availability ahead of game one of the 2019 London Series at West Ham London Stadium. It was fun to explore this football turned baseball stadium for the first time, and take advantage of some of the great backdrops and LED lights provided by the League.
Upon arrival into London ahead of the 2019 London Series, the Boston Red Sox and the Red Sox Foundation hosted the Mission Gratitude Gala in Cooperation with Home Base at Kensington Palace. In attendance were members of the Boston Red Sox Front Office and Staff, and veterans from both the United States and the United Kingdom. The evening was capped off by a performance by Grammy award winning artist, Sting.
I am so, so behind on this blog. I’m here in London after wrapping up a chaotic, exhausting but also incredible few days traveling with the Red Sox to cover the 2019 London Series. This marked the first Major League Baseball game and surrounding jewel event ever to be played in Europe, so I was really excited coming into this. The above post contains a few snaps from the team travel from Fenway Park to London, and also a double decker bus tour through downtown London that several players and coaches took part in with their families and friends. This was all a blur as I was wiped from the long flight and quick turnaround.
