Season 2023 Campaign: Boston Red Sox Content Week.

I’m excited to share the results from the 2023 Boston Red Sox season campaign. With collaboration from our talented team and outside vendors, I led production for a week long content gathering shoot with the entire roster of players and coaches. Utilizing a 26 foot curved LED wall, customized graphics and animations, and an array of lights, we produced video clips and still images used for a variety of needs including in-park videos, looping GIFs for social media, images for print and advertising ,and more.
This was just one of four sets our players participated in, and I’m proud to have played a part in producing the Red Sox largest production to date.
Portraits: Home Run King Aaron Judge For Franklin Sports.

Sharing recent commercial portrait work with American League home run king, Aaron Judge, shot on location in 2022 for Franklin Sports.
A big thanks to Franklin for the call to shoot with the face of Major League Baseball.
Portraits: Major League Baseball Gala.

Here is a series of three portraits shot of several major league baseball players including Juan Soto of the Washington Nationals at this winter’s Pedro Martinez Foundation Gala Supporting At Risk Youth in Boston, Massachusetts. This was a simple two-light setup on a camel colored backdrop.
Stills: Minnesota Twins 2022 MLB Photo Day.

Here’s a gallery of new portrait work shot for Getty Images during the 2022 Minnesota Twins Major League Baseball photo day. For the primary look, I executed a two light setup with a gelled rim light against a crimson red backdrop. That setup allowed for some variation within the look, and I also utilized a nearby batter’s tunnel to provide a secondary, more environmental look.
A big thanks to Getty Images and the great team at the Minnesota Twins for having me!
Portraits: Tufts University Gordon Institute.
Here is a selection of student portraits shot for The Tufts Gordon Institute at Tufts University. The institute was looking for individual portraits of the students in this year’s MS and Innovation Management Program. This was the fourth year we’ve worked on this project together.
We decided upon a simple three light high-key set up for a classic, seamless look on a white backdrop. All of the students were fantastic to work with, and weren’t afraid to let their personalities show through in front of the camera. Above are some of my favorites from the full day session.
Many thanks to Tufts University for having me on board!

Portraits: Boston College Men’s And Women’s Basketball 2020 Photo Day.

I was back at Boston College to shoot another year of portraits of their 2020 Men’s and Women’s basketball teams. These two looks were shot simultaneously on two separate lighting setups with six lights used in total. The clean white look offers a simple portrait that can stand alone as an image or be used for graphic cutouts, and the maroon and gold setups provide a secondary creative option.
A huge thanks to BC athletics for having me shoot these!
Photos: Front Porch Project Family Portraits.
I grabbed my cameras and hit the road this week to take family portraits of four great families who requested to take part in the Front Porch Challenge, a photography trend playing out during the Coronavirus pandemic. The challenge calls for photographers to shoot portraits of families standing on their front porches from a safe distance away. Here are a few samples from the day!
Magazine Cover: Xander Bogaerts And Rafael Devers.
Here’s a new cover image shot for Red Sox Magazine of shortstop Xander Bogaerts and third baseman Rafael Devers. I shot this portrait several weeks ago in the grounds crew warehouse at jetBlue Park in Fort Myers toward the end of Spring Training.
This portrait involved a three light set up – a main light in front with a six foot parabolic umbrella and two rim strobes with gridded strip boxes flanking the players from behind. We put some dirt on the floor to accentuate the gritty look, and topped it off with a few seconds of smoke from a machine. I’m happy with the results! A big thanks to the Fenway South grounds crew for their help in getting the space primed to shoot in, and thanks to Xander and Raffy for their time.
Portraits: Boston College Women’s Basketball 2019 Photo Day.
I was contracted by Boston College Athletics to shoot portraits of the 2019 Women’s Basketball roster of players, coaches, and staff, as well as their official team photo, for their 2019 photo day. I shot these portraits simultaneously on two setups, a black and a white, with a total of five lights. Running two portrait stations at once is no easy task, but I was able to draw on past experience and execute some simple but effective portraits.
A huge thanks to BC for having me shoot these!
