Here is a recap from this year’s Major League Baseball All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles. I was lucky to be able to travel with the three Red Sox representatives – Rafael Devers, Xander Bogaerts, and J.D. Martinez – to document their experience over All-Star week. Before the game, I shot some portraits with J.D. in an old theatre to represent the Hollywood theme of the week.
It was fun to shoot those on film for a change, which sparked a desire to start working with film more again!

A day-night double header today! Lately, the pace for me has picked back up to pretty much what normal life was like before Covid. I am thrilled to be busy, but it’s taking me some getting used to after things were so slow for so long. I need to work back up to the stamina of the day-to-day grind. A bittersweet day here as veteran first baseman Mitch Moreland was traded to the San Diego Padres right before the game. Sad to see him go – one of the good ones! On the bright side, Bobby Dalbec hit a home run in his Major League debut andwe got a win on a beautiful Sunday.
