Here’s a few images from the third annual Run-Walk to Home Base race.
I wasn’t exactly thinking straight at 6:30 in the morning, so I really had no idea whether I got anything good or not until the next day. After looking through the edits, I think I did just okay. The finish line, where most real pictures would be made, definitely was not set up with a photographer’s eye in mind. I won’t go into details, but there were too many distractions for us photographers to have to work around. It made it just about impossible to get a nice, clean image at the finish line.
I guess it’s important to look at the larger picture, though: this is a great cause and the event as a whole was pretty neat.
